PROJECT ESTIMATES FOR ARCHITECTS,BUILDERS AND INTERIOR DESIGNERS
Detailed estimates will be provided to our clients on a per project basis. Project price depends on the scope of the project, usage, travel requirements and services required, such as styling or prop sourcing. We will aggressively tailor our services to accommodate every budget and work with each client to determine the necessities from the fluff.
Multiple parties often require cost sharing as an option for acquiring architectural and interior photographs of the same project. A good example of a cost-sharing candidate would be a project where the architect, builder and interior designer are all interested in obtaining photography. Fees for cost shares involve adding a surcharge to the estimate for multiple party uses of the images. The surcharge is determined by the number of parties involved, which is added to the basic fee, then divided among the parties. Expenses for the assignment are simply divided equally among the parties.
To discuss details of your project and to estimate the cost involved, please feel free to contact us directly with a proposal request.

EXPLANATION OF LICENSING AND USAGE RIGHTS
Photographic fees are actually a client's cost to license the usage rights to a photographer's work. Architectural photographers and interior photographers, like all artists, own the copyright to their work. Rights packages vary by the type of usage and the value that the architectural or interior photography brings to our client.
Parties not involved in the initial buying of the architectural or interior design photography of a project may want to purchase usage rights in the after a shoot. These parties are referred to as "third parties". Third parties inquiring about photo use should be directed to DPP to negotiate a usage fee.
